hi,

I would like to create an automatic email 1 year after the customer's checkout.

The principle is to remind the client to book his stay in my establishment the following year.

I can't set it up, is that possible? if yes how ?

You can trigger an auto action 365 days after check-out. Have a look at this help page for more information - what you want to do is explained in example 13:
