1) Please would you favour us with a response to this query about printing invoices, please:

2) We had booking 47064 come in just now that incorrectly populated the three consecutive rows of the description fields of the invoice.

We expected it to populate the descriptions thus:
Room Price NZ$314.34,
"Scud & Stroll" return trip to Abel Tasman National Park - ADULT NZ$130.00 each (Quantity 2) (NZ$260)
5% EARLY BIRD discount more than 1 month in advance + instant card debit -5.00% (NZ$-15.717)

but instead it printed thus:
Room Price NZ$314.34,
(Quantity 2) (NZ$260)
5% EARLY BIRD discount more than 1 month in advance + instant card debit -5.00% (NZ$-15.717)

We have added the missing text manually now (so that we could e-mail an invoice) but is this original omission because the routine did not like the description starting with quote marks?

If you are using HTML tags in the description text check for any HTML errors, they could cause the text not to display or save properly.
