Is it possible to change the text

'Credit card payment'

That is shown above the 'Stripe' button, please see

I believe the customer will be able to enter Credit OR Debit card information for the transaction and it will work. Or is this wrong?

If it does accept both Credit OR Debit cards, can I change the text to

'Credit or debit card payment'

And how would I do this please?

You can exchange any fixed text on the booking page in SETTINGS->BOOKING PAGE->DEVELOPERS 'CUSTOM TEXT'. For instructions how exactly this works please use the context help (? icons).
