I have a room type which is for internal use only, its not bookable on the booking page.
I use the dashboard to add these bookings manually. At the time of manually adding the booking into the dashboard I do not have the credit card details (my setup is to collect card details and process on my own POS).
I have created an auto action which sends an email to the guest email address. This email gives a summary of the booking and asks for them to follow the template variable [PAYBUTTON:NA:CC] to enter their card details. Once the guest has done this the card details populate into the correct place as expected.
My missing piece is for a notification to the host/property email to advise at the point the guests updates the booking and has added their card details. Is there anywhere I can set up a host notification to advise of the guest completing the credit card details?

You can set up an Auto Action in which you enter
