Hi all,
We still do a lot of bookings over the phone, so I will be using the "Add Booking" button quite a lot. When I create a new booking internally, I can't find a way to add additional rooms to that booking. Do you have to create a new booking for every room that a party may book?
That will create a lot of extra invoices, extra credit card swipes, etc.
Any idea? Thanks!

If they are the same room type, you have the choice of setting the quantity of rooms booked or adding a booking for each room, you can easily make a group of bookings on the invoice tab.
If they are for different room types then you should make a group booking with a booking for each room type.
If they are for different room types then you should make a group booking with a booking for each room type.
