bug for payment

Hello,
First of all I am not a professional... then thank you in advance for your help

I try to connect beds24 to stripe for payment.
When I do a booking simulation, the deposit is calculated. A new page appear for the payment but there is no button to link to the CC collection. There is only one button to cancel booking. I can't confirm booking

I read the support but it is not clear for me. Configurate a auto action ? how ?

Hello Patrice,

this can be for a number of reasons,

Booking Rules - Normal bookings
Deposit Collection - Deposit 1 or Deposit 2, or possibly No deposit
Booking type in your Rates/Daily Price

Deposit Collection and the various Payment Collection options you have set for the payment gateways, ' Enable/priority'

If you are sure that you have set all of these as in the HELP page, then please send us a support ticket so we can check your setup
