Hi,
I want my cleaning crew to change the status of the unit to inform when cleaning is done and room is ready for check-in. I use the unit status for this from the dashboard.
I wnat to create an autoaction to send a email to my guest to inform them they can check-in and for me to be informed the unit is ready. I cannot find where this trigger can be use to fire this action. can you help? Otherwise, can you indicate an alternative method to perform this?

Auto actions trigger based on values in the booking, not the room or unit.
You would have to do something to the upcoming booking like adding a specific info item to it and use that to trigger the auto action.

You can add a Booking Info Code to the booking when the cleaning team have completed their work. Open the booking and go to the INFO tab and then add a Booking Info Code - Ready (for example)
This can then be used by the Auto Action to trigger the message to the Guest that their room is ready to checkin.
