Inhouse alerts?

Hello all, is there some sort of function to set inhouse alerts per customer? For instance, 30 days before arrival of the guest the CC of the guest has to be charged for an outstanding amount. Or 15 days after the guest left the security sum has to be paid back to the guest, etc.
I have been looking in the system but couldn't find an easy way to do so. I can do it in the notes but they do not pop-up automatically so that would mean I have to go through the reservations manually.
Any solutions would be appreciated.
