Inhouse alerts?

Hello all, is there some sort of function to set inhouse alerts per customer? For instance, 30 days before arrival of the guest the CC of the guest has to be charged for an outstanding amount. Or 15 days after the guest left the security sum has to be paid back to the guest, etc.

I have been looking in the system but couldn't find an easy way to do so. I can do it in the notes but they do not pop-up automatically so that would mean I have to go through the reservations manually.

Any solutions would be appreciated.

You can set up Auto Actions which automatically apply a flag when certain conditions are met. When you go to SETTINGS-AUTO ACTIONS and then click on HELP in the top right of the page you will find instructions how to set Auto Actions up.
