Refunding when using payment gateway (not stripe)

Hi,
If i'm using a payment gateway (e.g. authorize.net) and not using stripe, how do we provide refund to guests via beds24.com? or do we have to go to the payment gateway to manually run a refund transaction?

You will need to manage the refund directly in Authorize.net, we do not have a full integration with this payment gateway.
