Ban guest from booking

It is not possible to block them from booking.
However you can use the Guest database, bookings are recognised with the email address, so if they use the same email address you can identify them in the guest Database.
Select one of the unused fields and enter BANNED GUEST, then if the guest makes a booking, the details from the Guest data base will be loaded into the booking and you can run a report to search for Banned guest.
Alternatively you can create an auto action to add a flag/colour to a booking if the guest makes a booking with the same email address. In the trigger tab of the auto action, select 'Booking Fields> Booking Field Contains' = Last Name' and then enter the guest details. In the Booking tab, set the flag and colour, this will show in the bookings List/Calendar.
Then you can contact the guest and confirm the cancelation.
