Hi Beds24,

As a PMS/channel manager would it not make sense to be able to select a number of units at once in the drop down arrow.
For example we have tour groups that book up to 40 rooms at one time and having to manually input the same company name 40 times isn't efficient.
It would be alot easier to be able to select the number of units you require in the drop down arrow in one go rathar than having to go to the section ADD ON BOOKING TO GROUP.
There should be a function to do this in a more efficient manner.

Thank you and yes I know this function- however when you click on quantity for example and select 6 the system automatically selects 6 of the same units.
If you have units 101 102 103 104 105 106 107 what happens is it selects 6 of the same unit 101 so it is therefore creating 6 x 101 units which is not the number of 101 units you have as all the units are individual eg Twin Ensuite 101 - Twin Ensuite 102 - Twin Ensuite 103 etc.
So that function of selecting quantity does not work correctly for a Group Booking which is my point in my first question....when you are doing a Group Booking you must manually ADD ON BOOKING which is not efficient when you have to add on 40 rooms .....Do you understand what I mean now?

hi can all emails be grouped together instead of single emails as this is confusing when you get a 5 room booking and receive 9 separate emails
with 9 separate security codes
