Hi,

It would be very helpfull if we could add trigger in time on certain flags.

We put flag "in the mail" ounce the contract to be signed is send by post.
After 7 days we should have had the contract returned to us. program: If flag is "in the mail" + 7 days : send auto action

the only trigger in time is the booking date which is for us not the time we make or send the contract.

Is this possible?

A really flexible way to trigger auto actions is to use booking info items.

By adding and removing them from a booking you can control whether the auto action should trigger.

For example you could create one called "INTHEMAIL" and add it to the booking and remove it once the payment or requested action has taken place.

If "INTHEMAIL" is still present within a number of days after booking, or alternatively a number of days before checkin, you can trigger your auto action.
