Hello, i manage 10 properties in Cuba and soon will have 20 more properties. In Cuba the property owners have no access to internet, so every booking is send to them by email (as Auto Actions) and it works fine. But now we entered at booking.com and many reservations and cancelations are comming and my cuban friends are very confused, becouse they have no possibility to update or view their calenders, neither view some report with actual bookings. Is there any posibility in the Auto Actions to add to the email some result of an Custom report, or any other way to add there a list of folowing bookings? Thank you very much for any suggestions.

One idea which might work is to enable the iCal export and allow your clients to read the iCal into their own calendars.
It works with google calendar etc. but does mean some internet access is required, email also requires access to the internet so if they can access email they should be able to access a calendar.

The cuban email is some special cuban server (nauta.cu) that allows OLNY receiving emails on mobile phones, without any internet access...

I join in - it would be great to be able to send a custom report by email automatically :) All sorts of uses for that - informing cleaning staff, owners of properties etc.

One possible solution would be to send an automatic email to property owners every time a reservation is confirmed. You can also set it in the way that an email is sent for example a week after the reservation is confirmed (this way you can make sure the reservation is firm before sending the email to them). However it won't be a list, it would be a separate email per each booking.

The ability to periodically email reports is on our development schedule.

If you set the Owner email address in the Host Notifications then they will receive an email when there is a new booking, alternatively you can setup an Auto Action to send an email to the Owner, you can set the rules in the Trigger tab of the Auto Action, again this will be on a booking by booking basis, not a report.

Please go to Settings > Guest Management > Auto Actions and have a look at this wiki page for more information and examples :- https://wiki.beds24.com/index.php/Auto_Actions

The reservations go automaticaly by email to the cuban owners (by Auto Actions), but they must maintain theirs calendars manualy on a paper according to the emails, and with so many bookings and cancelations (from booking.com) and some lost emails, they never have correct data. The best solution would be automaticaly add to the notification email a result from some custom reports. Or maybe, add to the email as attachment the ics file from the Calendas iCal export.
