Attaching documents

Our police require us to upload guests' passport details to their website.
In order to save time we normally copy or scan them.
It would be very useful to have the option to attach documents to a guest's database entry.

It is not possible to attach files to Beds24.com.
You will need to store the documentation offline.

I know that it is not possible at the moment, but I was posting it as a feature request.

We will consider for a future feature.
What I would do is store the scan with the booking number or guest number in the file name so it is easy to find.
Either on your own computer or google drive or similar location with a file name something like this:
3212345_max_smith.jpg
