When I create an invoice each item is displayed with the total price and the quantity 1. Is it possible, that every item is displayed with the price per unit and the correct quantity?
For example: I have to charge tourist tax (1.50€ per person per day). I would like to see 3 x 1.50 € instead of 1 x 4.50 €.
(Same with room rates. I prefer 3 nights x 150 € instead of 1 x 450 €)

It depends where the prices come from, the ones in your example look like items created by the booking page.

These are created by the system and cannot be changed except for the description of the room charge which can be set at the following menu:

Settings > Guest Management > Invoicing
