The product is sooo big that it is a jungle at first to find all the messages and descriptions of the forms which are between us and the client.

It would be very helpfull to add a default string to the textbox where the desciption can be found in the control panel.

If you put this in the textbox of >PROPERTIES>CONFIRMATION MESSAGES>TYPE MESSAGES:
(CHANGE ME AT: PROPERTIES-CONFIRMATION MESSAGES-TYPE MESSAGES)
1. during testing you see where what text is forseen by the product in the communications with customers
2. people see the controlpanel path to change the description
3. people know they still have a description to change

Just an idea to go faster.

ps: now there are set nice text, which is fine, but you dont know where to change them.

I like this idea, but with a setting to enable or disable it. Since the default text works in 80% of the cases, I wouldn't want to have to go in and edit every one to remove the location. Plus, what if I want to find it again later.

Have you had a look at the FUNCTIONS (top left menu),

it takes you to a page with a number of key functions, if you look under Communication, you can see 'Confirmation to Guests' when you click this, it takes you to the location where you can change this information.

We can update for the key functions that HELP with the setup in Beds24.
