Just an idea, but maybe it would be nice to have an agenda as an option for in the Dashboard, e.g. so people can see when a mechanic is coming to repair the shower in rooms x etc.
And with the option that other (sub)accounts can also see whatever there is in the agenda.

This help for now it is somewhat already there. If you add the Diary Component to the Dashboard it will show the Note added to the calendar view (see picture). The only current challenge right now is it only seems to show the next chronological note in the calendar. I've added a few notes at that top level of the calendar but only the first one shows up on the Diary Component. You can also have multiple Diary components if you have multiple properties in the your account and then you can show each property in two spots if that is your preference.

Thanks, hadn't found this option yet, and couldn't find it on the wiki page either.
Cheers,

Then as a request if it's possible to show the next 5 notes or so in the Diary.

The help page for the calendar explains this function: https://wiki.beds24.com/index.php?title ... y:Calendar

The clarification is not on how to use the calendar, but the Diary Component on the dashboard. It currently seems that only the next Calendar Note will appear in your dashboard. If I have more than one calendar note, Say for Feb 6th and one for March 21st, only the Feb 6th note appears in the Diary Component.
This is what we are suggesting be enhanced. Thanks,

In the Dairy module on the Dashboard, you can set the number days to view up to a maximum of 7 days.
When you have the Diary component on your Dashboard, click on the 3 dots to the top right of the component, click on Period and you can change the number of days.

Thank you for that information but might the period be able to be set to longer than just one week ahead? In case there are important notes out passed a weeks time?

The diary widget is really intended to show an agenda of upcoming events.buckinghamhouse wrote:Thank you for that information but might the period be able to be set to longer than just one week ahead? In case there are important notes out passed a weeks time?
If you want to note important events well in advance, the notes widget is probably more appropriate.
