It would be great that when you want to send a confirmation, that it would be possible to select a template that you want to send.
For us especially since we receive customers who communicate with us in different languages.
The idea:

When you use Settings > Booking Page > Internationalization, you can select various languages and create the templates with the text/language as you require.
Then in the MAIL TAB of the booking - the page that you have highlighted, when you enter the language (just below Allow reviews), this will use your language templates, so you can choose the language you wish to send the email in.

To add to this - after you have activated the languages you will see a tab for each language you have activated where ever you can use multiple languages. You can then set additional language versions up. For the confirmation message you do this in SETTINGS-PROPERTIES-CONFIRMATION MESSAGES. If you need instructions how to do this click on HELP in the top right menu of this page.
The system will then use the language which is set in the "Mail" tab of the booking. If the setting for "Language" is empty the system will use your default language. If you want to override the language setting you can do this by entering the two letter abbreviation for the language you want to use i.e. fr for French, en for English es for Spanish.
