Hi,

the system with the voucher codes is easy to use, but if you enter a voucher code into the system this code will be available for all rate types and all periods (of course you can switsh the voucher code off in the rate you don't like to offer this). Maybe it will be a good idea to make this tool more "flexible".

Example:
Vouchercode 1234 Available for 1 Roomtype or 1 Ratetype (offer) is only usable for stays between 1st February and 30th March.
Viouchercode 6789 Available for all roomtypes the whole year but only if it is entered between 28th November and 30th November...

Thank you for your feedback. We will consider this for one of our next upgrades.

This is what you can do now:
1. If you want to offer the voucher only for stays between 1st February and 30th March for example you can create a special rate for this period. We have a new slice function for rates which you can use to divide rates by date.

2. Remove the voucher code from SETTINGS->PROPERTIES->VOUCHER CODES if it is not valid any more.

Yep in this way we did it in the moment, but you have to remember yourself always about this, so we will be very happy if it will be possible to set automatic dates, ranges etc. to the voucher codes, would be more easier thanks

It would indeed be very useful to be able to set up a start date, end date or no expiration date and time for each voucher code we propose.That would be so useful especially during periods like cyber Monday!
