For example today OTA's eg. booking.com use loyalty programs to retain customers.

Now consider this. A collaborative approach. Beds24 has X number of customers/properties around the world. The ability of using loyalty rewards interchangeably with all these properties.

I guess you'd have to probably have an opt-in approach. Some of your customers may not want to offer loyalty rewards.

We have our own loyalty program and using the customizable fields in the booking system for thiy loyalty program it works fine.

But a "Worldwide" loyalty programe is something we can not join as we have a special accomodation ;)

We see our role as B2B technology provider. Setting up and running a loyalty scheme is not in our scope of business.
