This new feature is great. Saves logging into the extranet to report cards as invalid.
New Feature Request : it would be even better if when you click on "Report invalid card to Booking.com " that the system adds this to the log file of the reservation so that we can see that it has been done.

Reporting an invalid card or a no show creates an info item on the Booking Info tab.
This has the advantage that you can use the Booking Info Item Code to create custom reports to show these bookings. The Info Item Codes can be used as search criteria for custom reports.

We will add it to the booking log as well to be complete.
