don't display offer 1

Is it possible to not display offer-1 for some rates? There's periods when I'd like to only user offer2 or offer3 etc.

Offer 1 is the standard offer which always displays. There may be some issues with hiding it like channel management but we are looking if it is possible without upsetting other functions.

I guessed that. It's related to deposit collection, I can set up a rate with the deposit collection but the text that describes offer1 (for us) says no deposit. So there are period where we want a deposit and periods where we don't
