Voucher Codes for reservation from/to

it would be useful to implement the features of the voucher by entering a date range, valid for bookings from / to.

There is a way to do this. The Voucher Codes can be enabled/disabled per rate. Create a matching rate with the date range you need and set the Voucher Code to enabled in this rate and disable it in all other rates.

Thank you for the reply,
I do what you suggested: opened any rate (about 140) to uncheck "Allow Voucher Codes with this Rate".
It is a long procedure, and probably I have to do the same every time a new voucher is create, isn't it?

Yes, if you have that many rates it is a long process.
It is possible to download rates to a CSV file, modify them in a spreadsheet and upload the changes.
