Under "property description" you have many fields and most have its Template variable
But for example this fields dont have template variable.
State ?
Country ?
Postcode ?
Latitude ?
Longitude ?
Location Description ?
Also it would be nice that there are other custom fields where you can enter some other information that might be important.
For example I would like to add:
floor number
name on the bell (door)
Description on how to arrive from bus station, train station etc.
Each of those custom fields should have its template variable.
Than I can use those Template Variables in my e-mails notification.

Most of the template variables show information from the booking.
Do you mean you would like some custom text fields per room and/or property that can be included as template variables?

There is a setting "Auxiliary Text" at menu Settings > Properties > Rooms > Setup
This can be included in messages using the template variable [ROOMMETAAUXTEXT]
Each room can have it's own block of text and it supports multiple languages.

That is good.
But is it possible to add more of those fields.
It would be nice to have more of them, so each field could be for different information.

At the moment there is only one field for each room but you can put lots of text in it

In that way you could use Template variable for everything you need in an E-mail.
Now I have to create 10 e-mails for 10 different properties/rooms and with more custom text fields I could create just one e-mail for all the properties/rooms.
So if if it is not a problem please put more of those text fields. It would be good that every user can create as many custom text fields as he wants.

Why not just create one auxiliary text per room with all the information relevant to that room and include it in your message?

I am creating many automated e-mails
One for asking for a deposit
One for confirming the reservation
One for reminding the guest about his reservation
One for asking a review.
Each of this e-mails have different information that I would like to add. So I can not put all the information in one text field. I need to have more fields so I can choose which information goes to which e-mail and in which order.
So more text fields would be a big help.
Now I have to make 40 templates for each property (because each property has its differences) and if there were more those text fields I would need to make only 4.
So it is a big difference.
Now, imagine If I want to change something in one e-mail (for example the order of the information or put the logo) I need to do it 10 times. For each property.
I hope you understand the problem.
