Processing Credit Cards Within the System

Hi,

We're currently using stripe for our credit card processing. This has been working well, and works great with our online booking engine, but we would love to see this integrated into the new booking window us hotel owners/operators. Currently, we have to manually enter all the credit card details into the Stripe dashboard, then go back to the Beds24 system to enter a payment. The other option is using the online booking engine, which we do sometimes, but other times it would be easier to use the control panel/new booking page, especially if its a returning guest. If the card could be tokenized and stay with the guest record, that would be even better.

Do you have any plans for this, or a time frame?

Thanks,
Matt

The Stripe token currently stays with the original booking that collected a strip payment.
You can charge a card again from that booking.
We will investigate the possibility of storing it with the "guest" record so it becomes available for all bookings by that guest.

Hi Mark,

It would be fine to have the card just stay with each booking. The biggest improvement right now would be to allow stripe payments from the hotel operators side of Beds24 system. Currently stripe is only integrated from the customer side of Beds24 system.
