It would be great that there is a dynamic minimum stay feature.
For example I dont allow one day bookings long in advance. But if guest books apartment few days (3days) before arrival than I can accept one day booking.
Also I would like to accept on or two days bookings long in advance only if this booking is connected to already booked period. it means only if the arrival day is on the departure day of previous guests. So that there is no gap between reservations.

There is also a gap filler function to sell short term stays but only when there is a gap between bookings smaller than your normal minimum stay.
