No rate availability

If a potential guest searches for availability for a date beyond which I have not set a rate, it shows the room as being unavailable. In reality, the room will be available, but I have only set the rates for the next 11 months.
Instead of showing a not available message for dates where no rate is set, would it be possible to show a please contact us message?

There are two built in options you an use:
1. Change the warning message to any text you want in SETTINGS->BOOKING PAGE->ADVANCED "Room No Price Message"
2. Create a rate which runs for a long time without setting a price but setting "Allow Enquiry" = Yes

I have tried setting a Room No Price Message but it does not appear in the calendar. I still get a Not Available on... message

The Room No Price message still does not seem to be working.

Can you please send a support ticket indicating room id, rate id and dates so we can have a look?
