We quite often have guests who, due to shortage of space, move rooms during their stay.
It would be very useful to have the option to add more than 1 room to a single booking.

It is possible to link bookings together.
On the bookings invoice TAB is a setting called "Link to Booking".
Enter the booking number of the other booking and a link will appear in each showing they are linked and allow easy viewing of the other booking.

Once you link the bookings you can move the invoicable charges from all of them into the master booking to generate one invoice.What I meant was so that you only had to enter the guests details once and could issue just 1 invoice to cover all rooms.
At this stage you would need to move the invoice items manually but hopefully sometime in the future we can have a function to do this for you.
