So we are looking to implement a Restaurant ordering system in our hotel restaurant (for imputing orders and printing kitchen slips and producing invoices) and i am sure this will be possible in the beds24 invoicing system in the future.

However i wondered if anyone had managed to work with alternative software in the past which is able to automatically import its invoice data to the beds24 invoicing system? is this even possible? it would be great to use a dedicated restaurant system but then have bills posted to the customers room bill without a manual intervention.

any ideas?

The https://api.beds24.com has XML and JSON functions which can modify bookings, including the invoice items.
A programmer could write an interface to update the booking invoice from a third party system using these.

We can also provide a function to update invoice items only without the rest of the booking details, if anyone is interested in creating an api connection to do this please get in touch.
