Why aren’t the discounts we set up on platforms like Booking.com or Airbnb automatically applied to our direct booking page as well?
That way, our guests would always see the same prices both on our website and on the OTAs.
Why not create options for simple, common discounts like ‘last minute’ or ‘early bird’ that would also work on our direct booking page?
You already support these types of discounts for OTA channels, so why not make them available for our website as well?

I understand, but managing prices this way gets very complicated.
Since Booking.com and Airbnb are my main sources of reservations, we adjust prices to combine them with promotions on those platforms.
We have to use discounts on Booking.com and Airbnb because of visibility.
I would like to have the same promotions available on my own website, and then simply apply a 10% discount there.
That way, my direct booking price would always be 10% cheaper.

You can use the 'Booking Page Price Multiplier' in Settings > Booking Engine > Property Booking page to have a standard discount to all prices in your calendar.
Use the same format as the channels *0.90 will reduce the prices by 10%

Is it possible to create last-minute discounts similar to how they work on OTAs like Booking.com and Airbnb?
For early-bird (first-minute) discounts, it’s possible to set special daily prices that are available only for bookings made, for example, at least 30 days in advance. This works the same way as early-bird discounts on OTAs.
But can a last-minute discount be created as well?
For example, if a reservation starts within 3 days from today, the guest would automatically get a 10% discount. It doesn’t matter how long the reservation is - the important thing is that it starts within 3 days from the booking date.
Is it possible to set this up in Beds24?

A last-minute-price can be created using Max days until check-in in the prices.
The setting defines how many days in advance this price is bookable. For example a setting of 0 will allow this price to be booked for a stay tonight (same day booking). A setting of 3 means this price is only available at least 3 days before the first night of the booking.

This is not how it works on OTA sites.
For example, if I set “Max days until check-in: 3 nights” for a last-minute discounted rate, this means the discounted rate is only available for the next 3 days starting from today.
So, if a guest wants to book a 10-night stay starting tomorrow, they would only get the discounted rate for the first 2 nights, while the remaining 8 nights would be charged at the regular rate.
What I want instead is that if a reservation starts within the next 3 days, the guest receives the discount for the entire stay, no matter how many nights they book.
If reservation starts 4 days from today there is no discount. The last minute rate doesn't apply.
