The Yield Optimiser is currently set up to automatically adjust prices, using a selected price multiplier, for last minute bookings - up to 30 days in advance of check-in.

I would like to use the optimiser to automatically adjust prices for advance bookings. For example, bookings made more than 365 days before check-in are increased by 120% and bookings made between 330 and 365 days before check-in are increased by 118% etc.

This is just the reverse logic of last minute bookings - if anyone wants to book my holiday home a year in advance, they'll probably be prepared to pay a premium for it. This becomes less likely the nearer we get to check-in so the automatic adjustment continues. So this approach would also help to optimise yield. It has the added advantage of keeping the Airbnb bots happy as it looks like I'm regularly amending prices.

From within the optimiser: you wouldn't have to amend the selection for the price multiplier, as it already goes to 250%, just the range of dates that can be selected. So maybe a relatively easy adjustment?

The Yield Optimiser Rules are for the next 30 days maximum, it is not possible to change this.

If you want to apply rules for Early Booking discounts etc, then you can use LINKED Daily Prices and set the Offset in the Daily Price rules.

You can apply 'discounts' or increases based on the Min days until checkin/Max days in advance.
