Quick changes

Hi,
Some changes for a quick usage:
1. In Channel manager > Airbnb - i have 10+ accounts connected, so loading and waiting times are very high.
You can change the first page, not it is accounts, it can be mapping for example.
2. In prices > daily prices setup > selecting a rate plan for airbnb It can be very complicated to choose which rate it is linked to, because I have about 30 in an account, and they have no fixed order.
It is recommended to sort by name. I really waste a lot of time on this.
