It might be very useful to be able to display the email table on mouse over etc. (Maybe even based on status like: [emails] and [emails:sent] etc....

I'd use this as a quick way to check what emails I still need to send on any given booking.
You could even put this info in a time driven email template to remind yourself of bookings that still have tasks that need doing.

I'm sure most of us have a set number of template emails we send out. Eg:
Deposit request,
Deposit request reminder,
booking confirmation,
Property manager booking info email,
Cleaner's booking info email,
Payment of balance email reminder,
Arrival instructions email,
Followup email.

I use this as my standard template list and would like a quick way to view which have been sent and which have not so I know what "task" needs to be done next.

The idea is you give each template a speaking name so you know the content/action from the name.

I think you missed my point.
I'd like to be able to display the email status table on hover.

eg:
Type Title Due Status Action
Manual KPL Email Friday, 7 March, 2014 14:50 Sent Resend

So that I can see right away without going into the booking if its been sent or not.
Something like a varaible [emails:Sent]
or [emails:All]

etc.

The template vaiable is: [EMAIL:00] - Email status to display in the hover text of a booking. Replace 00 with the number of the Email template.
