Is possible custom buttons for quick links/ations (in beds & outside), for build custom urls with template variables.
I think now is not possible. But it's possible in the future?

Not sure I fully understand what you mean, but here you can create custom button links:
Booking Engine > Booking Widgets > Booking Button
Booking Engine > Booking Widgets > Booking Button

Not in the booking engine, in the calendar view or in the dashboard or in the single booking page

You can add links to your Beds24 control panel.
