As a new user of beds24, I am often amazed by the wealth of available features, variables, and generally speaking the flexibility the system allows: it seems obvious this PMS was designed with adaptation to individual specific requirements in mind.

In this line of thought, it seems it would be only logical to be able to create new template variables to one's heart content, as well as custom fields that would themselves be variables as well (for instance inside guest tab, or other tabs wherever convenient) ? This would obviously allow to extend data storage capabilities, as well as the use of Auto Actions, etc.

There are also custom filed on the account level, property level and room level for which template variables are available.

We are always open to add new ones if we feel they will be useful.
