1. If you use airbnb rate plans, it is not possible to make changes to the reservation, neither on airbnb, nor of any kind.
Whenever the guest wants to make a change, in airbmb they tell me that I have to call beds24, and in beds24 that I have to call airbnb - that limitation if you use rate plans is not good.

2. Integration with minut or roommonitor would be a plus (monitor noise inside tourist apartments).

1. There is nothing we can do about this as this is a technical limitation at Airbnbs end. They are aware of this and are planning to change this.
