Hi,
Wondering if the following feature could be added:

Allow customer to modify reservation on the beds24 platform. Currently, bed24 allows customer to cancel. However, there is possibility of room filling up while customer cancels room in attempt to modify. Modificaiton feature would allow customer to be more confident that room will not fill up during cancelling and re-booking.

This is on our development roadmap but currently we can not give a time frame.

Is there some news about it?
I know that you focus to create third party integrations,like ChargeAutomation,but i had a bad experience with ChargeAutomation.
Would be perfect a simple Checkin Portal for guests edit their custom fields, upload an image,request cancellation...etc

You already have a guest portal, but allow the guest to edit some informations... a checkin online is a must needed feature in this days.

Sorry we do not have an update yet but I would be interested to learn why Chargeautomation did not work for you. Can you share this privately i.e. via a support ticket addressed to me?
