1. Flag text values to be able to add a new value without deleting the previous flag text:
We would like to use flag text values to add text to current flag. Right now if adding a flag text value it will delete the old text from Flag field.
Suggestions is that you allow the [FLAG] variable to be used when creating "Booking flag text values", so if we want to create a flag text value which will keep the current text in the flag field, and just add the new text to it, it would look like this "[FLAG] + some new text | FFFFFF" (right now the [FLAG] variable is not recognized when using it like described)
In this way we can assign more flag values to same reservation, for example, PAID, SEA VIEW, PARKING NR1, KETTLE IN ROOM, 1st Floor, ... ETC.

2. the same option we would like on Autoaction and Flag:
On autoaction we would like to use variable on flag field: "[FLAG] + SOME NEW TEXT " (this would add the new text to Flag field, without deleting the previous text)
Also here when we try to use the [FLAG] variable like described, it doesn't get recognized as a variable
Right now its risky for us to use autoaction on the Flag, as we might loose some important mark or note that we previously wrote on the flag field.

3. Autoaction on Invoice:
We would like to be able to specify "quantity" number on the invoice item with autoaction.
Right now its not possible to specify the quantity for an item with autoaction.
So the specification for invoice item with quantity could look like this: DESCRIPTION | STATUS | PRICE | QUANTITY

Thank you

Thank you for your suggestions, however Flags are used for the 'latest' information/flag.

If you want to track the flag values, then you can use Booking Info Codes.

Point 3, adding Quantity to the Invoice is already on a future development plan, we do not have a date for this yet.

To simplify my suggestion: Please allow to use Variables on the the Flag itself(we would like to use variables on "Flag autoaction" and "Booking flag text values"). We suggest that at least the [FLAG] variable can be used on the flag itself, and possible also some other variables.
Please pass this request to the developers and let them decide.
Flag is one of the few fields that can be visible in the calendar and grid view , next to the guest name, that's why we use flag for our important notes that we want to see immediately on the Calendar and grid view (next to guest name), if someone wants to use flag only for the latest information thats fine, but why not to allow also to be able to use Variables on the "Flag autoaction" and "Booking flag text values" , so anybody can decide and be flexible on how to use it.
Thank you

The flag text is a simple text value.
Are you asking if it is possible for it to contain other template variables and to display the result text from the other template variables where ever it is viewed?

It is possible to show template variables with the booking on the Summary tab and the head of the booking.
Please see the Booking Info Header and Booking Header settings.

The Flag text does not support template variables, it is used for plain text only.

You can use booking info items containing template variables attached to a booking as an alternative.
