Hello,

1) it would be great if the guestdata in beds24 would be better. In other application there is a database where every guest is saved. Much hotels needs a clear way to get information about the guests which already where in the hotel. They need to add notice to the guest and see the notice if they create a new booking on this guest. This isnt working really well actually.


2) And the second thing about guestmanagement: it would be really great if you could use the "search guest" field which you use if you add a new booking into a existing booking too. Often you just get a name from the channel (hrs for example) and you need to fill in every field by hand. It would be great if there would be a field where you can search for guests and just klick on the guest which was already in the hotel and the whole adress data and mail and so on would fill automatic.

3) It is really bad that the field search guests just search mail and name. Often you need this field to search for a company. This would be great if you add a field search company or add the companysearch to the field.

1, If you enter the guest details into the Search box on the top of the control panel, you will find the bookings that match the details, so if you enter the guest name, then you will see all bookings that match the name. If the details do not show, then click on 'Search more' for an 'Advanced Search' to be carried out.

2, When creating a booking, the search field can be used to search guests by booking reference, name, Email address or any other information saved about them.

3, If you have added the company details (for example) to the Guest record in the database, then they can be searched for when adding a new booking, and the information stored in the database will populate the fields in the booking.
