I would like to have the option the calendar of my sub-account (reception use )to be visible forward and backward as long as I have set .
I do not want especially all my past activity to be on this account . I know if I delete something for this account it will be deleted from all my accounts and I will lose my data .
May the developer team can consider this issue ?
I had this option in my previous PMS and it was very helpful

It is not possible to limit the view of the data by date for a sub account.

If you do not want them to have access to the data, then the data needs to be deleted.

You have the option to export the data to a file, for information and or loading into another property/account in Beds24 that they do not have access to.

i am afraid that is not very practical as every day new data is adding and there is no an auto action that I could use . thank you

You can use the API to export the data from Beds24 and import to the other account. https://api.beds24.com/
