Hello, we would like a unified inbox. This would allow us to respond and send messages via one place to several portals not just Airbnb

This is on our roadmap.

We are currently beta testing Booking.coms new messaging API which will go live as soon as the development is finished.

We have this on the roadmap, but we can't give a time frame for it at the moment.

is the Booking.com messaging API finally integrated, and if not when?

I need this and other channel manager are starting to support this.

Yes. We have completed the development but Booking.com is still fixing some bugs at their end.

We are hoping to go into Beta testing next week or the week after.

We have already noted to include you in the beta test.

Great news on the Booking.com front. Do you have an update on Airbnb and a message indicator to let us know when a new message arrives?

@marcel.marie: We have set you live for beta testing. You can now send messages to your Booking.com guests directly from the booking.
