Hello,
I frequently export custom reports in CSV format, but it's a pain to systematically rename the file automatically named "download", without extension (actually "téléchargement" as I'm using a french version of Windows).
I would love to be able to set the export file name once for ever. Any chance to see this feature in the near future ?
Thanks,
Thierry

This is a browser related issue. Try using a different browser.
Hello,
I've tried different browsers, and the result is always the same when I export custom reports in CSV format :
For example, with Google Chrome, the file is automatically named "téléchargement", without extension ( I'm using a french version of Windows : means "download").
With Microsoft Edge, the file is automatically named "télécharger".
I fear that the browser name is applying a default name as soon as the software doesn't send a file name to it. Indeed, there's no field to fill in with a filename in Beds24 when exporting a custom report in CSV format.
Can you please have a look to this issue ?
Thanks,
Thierry
