ENABLED: New CP: Sticky settings for calendar

It would be nice if the various settings (what period to display; whether to display Inventory, Daily Price, Rates etc) remained sticky when going to the dashboard or settings, etc and then returning...

This was a bug introduced by splitting the dashboard and calendar into 2 separate pages
