It may be this is possible already I tried a couple of things without success though.

On booking com for example, they dynamically enter text for like this:

FREE cancellation before 11:59 PM on July 13, 2019

That's just an arrival date minus 30 days as per the deposit policy we posted there.

Can we do that in beds24? Specifically, in the offer do that back-reference?

It is possible to use template variables in your communications with your guests.

You can use [FIRSTNIGHT:-30 days] for example, this will give the same result as you see in Booking.com.

That doesn't work in offer descriptions on the booking page

Correct. Template variables use information from the booking so they only work after the booking was made i.e. in EMails.

Adding a dynamic date to the booking page is not possible.

if the booking page did not use dynamic data then it couldn't display a price

So it's possible. That's how booking.com do it of course.

This is something we have planned for the next booking page upgarde.

Using template varialbes is not possible use information from the booking which has not been made at this stage.
