Hello,

I'm a new user of the platform since a couple of weeks and I'm impressed of all possibilities and features it has to offer. Actually I might be asking for something which is already possible (I'd like to know how in that case) but for us it'd be useful to be able to identify which meals/menus we plan for each day depending on the booking we have. We basically would like to have a way in the calendar to associate a note where I could decide, depending in the amount of people staying at the place, which menu we cook and see it clearly.

You can do this using info codes which you then use to generate custom reports. Have a look here:

Custom reports can be added to the DASHBOARD. When you go there and click on HELP In the top right you will find instructions on how to customise your dashboard.
