I know there is a place for up sell items already, but it would be really useful for a specific upsell to sell 'late checkout' and this up sell be smart.

It can be offered / not offered per rate and room type and be smart to only offer if the 'check out date' is free and doesn't have a same day arrival.

Then if someone selects this up sell and makes a reservation, the system would then block that check out day to disallow another arrival on the same day.

This is a great idea. We will put this on our list of future upgrades.
