I am rather new to the system, but I would like to suggest if it is possible to have a system where you can create a rota for cleaners which enables different cleaners to clean the same room/property but on different days..

for example. i have 25 properties and a team of 8 cleaners, due to the locations of the properties..

rosemary
monday
room 1
room 5
tuesday
room 3
room1

gemma
monday
room 3
wednesday
room 5

then if this could be created into a report so it is easy to distribute
or
if it can be that each cleaner can log on to view their rota
