Thank you for understanding and making those new template variables.
Can you just let me know where can I find those fields?
I can not find:
[PROPERTYHEADLINE]
[PROPERTYDESCRIPTION]
[PROPERTYLEGALPOLICY]
[PROPERTYCANCELPOLICY]
Also it would be great if you can set few custom text fields that can be used for some other information.

At the very bottom of the list of channels, this menu is a collection of data fields which are used by certain channels. Most are not commonly used by channels and can be used as free text with the template variables. Each channel instruction will say if any of these fields are required for the channel.

Ok.
This is useful to know. But still it is more like a work around to get the thing that I need.
I think you have to make more custom text fields per property/room
What if I use those fields for something else and than some of channels also use it for what it is for - than you can not use it for both things.
It can be like a temporary solution.
I dont know is it a big problem for you to put more custom text fields. I think it would be useful.
I hope you will consider it in your future upgrades.

One other suggestion.
When creating new reservation manually there is an option to set the price per day or per stay.
This is great.
But after the reservation is made and if I want to change the number of days to a bigger or smaller number the price stays the same.
It would be great that there is always a field to set the price per day. So when I change the number of nights in the reservation that I dont have to calculate again the price.
There should be a field with "Price per day". If I change the number of days in the reservation and the the total price is stays the same I could see in that field the new price per day - which I could than change to the price that I want.

Beds24 calculates prices based on the rates and daily prices set in the system. This has the advantage of using the actual price for the new day, especially if you have different prices for different days of the week and it will include and discounts etc. for longer stays.
There is a button "Recalculate Price and Charges" on the "Invoice" tab of the booking which basically does what you want. It recalculates the price for example when you change the number of nights using rates and daily prices.

Regarding the Template variables
Can you add a Minimum price as a template variable. But that it can be modified with the percentage or add or deduct some amount.
Also it would be great that there are some basic functions for summation dividing subtraction i multiplication.
I have asked for this before but I would just like to explain why we need this.
I dont know how it is in other countries but in my country we have to have one price on the invoice that is the real price of the room. On that price we can give some discounts. The problem now days is that everyone ask for the discount and most of the prices that guests pay in the end are the negotiated prices. So the guests get different discounts. That is why it is hard to determinate the discounts in advance.
On our official price list we have just one price that is the maximum price of the room and than we give discounts depending on the time of the year or the length of stay, or some special discount for some guests.
With those functions we could have automated invoices where it would always be the real price and the discount that would be automatically calculated depending on the price that the guest negotiated.
That is why I would like to use the Minimum price variable for the real price of the room.
Of course it would be best if there is a separated variable for real price of the room.
Can you do something about that?

We will add the missing template variables for the fields in SETTINGS->PROPERTIES->DESCRIPTION.
There is a field "Auxiliary Text" in SETTINGS->PROPERTIES->ROOMS->SETUP which is intended to for room or unit specific information like door codes, floor etc. The template variable is [ROOMMETAAUXTEXT]

Hello again
Why is the bottom scroll bar (left-right) in Calendar view missing again?
It was there till few days ago, now it despaired. It is hard to navigate without it.
Actually it exists but on the very bottom of the Calendar view. If I am looking properties on the top of calendar view I can not see it.

The scroll bar was at the bottom and is at the bottom. How scroll bars get displayed depends on the browser. You might want to try another browser.
Do you know you can select a specific property? This will help you if you have many properties.
