Add State/Provence Code in Address

Beds24 Properties | Booking Questions | Standard Questions includes codes for (street) Address, City and Postcode (aka zip code in the USA). Can you also add State/Provence code to collect US state or Canada provence? Also add template variable [GUESTSTATE] so it can be included in mailings. Even better would be to have a pull-down list of 2-character state codes (e.g. VA for Virginia).

As a workaround, I can add Custom Question to collect State/Provence, but what template variable do I use to include a custom question's response in an email message?

I just looked at Template Variables list again, and I see that there are already codes for custom questions: [GUESTCUSTOMQ1], [GUESTCUSTOMQ2], [GUESTCUSTOMQ3], [GUESTCUSTOMQ4].
